The DCI implant provides stable, controlled motion, allowing the spine to be functionally dynamic. After insertion, the implant works as a shock absorber to effectively prevent accelerated degeneration in the segments above and below.
Coflex Interspinouss implant
Interspinous stabilization with coflex is ideal in cases of facet arthrosis and all related decompressive procedures. Implantation of coflex allows for segmental stabilization, controlling motion. Stabilization does not necessarily equate with fusion.
Coflex-F Minimally invasive lumbale fusion
The coflex-F implant is a minimally invasive lumbar fusion device that provides significant segmental stability with all the advantages of an interspinous implant. The coflex-F implant is the alternative to pedicle screw fixation as an adjunct to interbody fusion.
